Terms governing use of the Workspace Aldercore website and template services.
1. Acceptance
By accessing workspace-aldercore.click or engaging Workspace Aldercore Co., Ltd. for template commissions, library orders, consultations, or audit sessions, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.
2. Services Description
Workspace Aldercore provides printed balance history templates, custom template commissions, workflow consultations, and record audit sessions for air-gapped wallet operators. All deliverables are physical documents or written reports unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. No Financial Services
Our services relate to paper record formats and ceremony documentation. We do not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. See our Not Financial Advice page.
4. Intellectual Property
Template layouts, format guides, and written materials produced by Workspace Aldercore remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use commissioned templates for their own balance record keeping. You may not reproduce templates for commercial resale without written permission.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate brief information for commissions
- Never sharing private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive wallet credentials with us
- Using templates in accordance with your own security practices
- Verifying that printed records meet your custody requirements
6. Orders and Payment
Pricing displayed on this website is informational. Confirmed orders are invoiced separately. Commission deposits are non-refundable once draft printing begins, except as stated in our Refund Policy.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Physical templates ship from our Incheon office. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under South Korean law, Workspace Aldercore Co., Ltd. is not liable for:
- Losses arising from wallet custody decisions or balance transcription errors
- Delays in shipping beyond our reasonable control
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. Website Use
You may not:
- Attempt to compromise website security or availability
- Use automated scraping tools on this site without permission
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Workspace Aldercore
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Incheon, South Korea.
11. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
