Who This Is For

Operators who maintain one or more air-gapped wallets and record balances by hand during offline signing ceremonies. Suitable for individuals, family treasuries, and small teams with two to five signers.

What You Receive

A physical balance history template tailored to your workflow:

  • Column headers for date, address shorthand, asset type, balance, and notes
  • Signature and witness blocks sized for your ceremony
  • Reconciliation checklist aligned to your weekly or monthly rhythm
  • Optional carbon-copy triplicate sets for redundant storage
  • Thread-bound volume or loose perforated sheets, depending on preference

Scope

Included: Initial brief review, draft layout, one mailed trial set, one revision round, final print run of your commissioned quantity (minimum 50 sheets or one bound volume).

Excluded: Wallet software, key management, network-connected tools, shipping outside South Korea (available at additional cost), legal or tax advice.

Process

  1. Submit a commission brief via our contact form or email.
  2. We schedule a 30-minute intake call (voice only, no screen sharing required).
  3. Draft layout printed and mailed within ten business days.
  4. You perform a trial ceremony and return annotated notes.
  5. Revised final delivered within ten business days of receiving notes.

Preparation

Before the intake call, note how many wallets you track, which assets appear on each, how addresses are abbreviated on paper, and whether co-signers or witnesses participate. No private keys or seed material should be shared.
